Context
This music video for Cloudy Language’s 2025 record ‘Endless Blue’ was created entirely with Gen-AI software. Leveraging the latest generative workflows and technology from a range of platforms including: CivitAI, ElevenLabs, Freepik, Kling, Krea, Midjourney, Minimax, Sora and Veo, I worked with artist Mark Lombardo to create a short story featuring two animated bears.
Result
The video was submitted for the 2025 Project Odyssey awards where it received an honorable mention as a finalist, eventually ranking in 109th place among 610 total submissions from around the world within the gen-AI music video category.
Longevity
Within the first 24 hours of release, the video received over 100+ views on Cloudy Language’s official Youtube account. The video continues to gather views today, representing a hugely popular example of experimental gen-AI creative.
